I really enjoyed this gothic tale, where the heroines and heroes have dirty, greasy hair (unlike usual Hollywood fayre) and the sets and characters look truly medieval - in an imaginative fairy-tale way, of course!
"Just a note to say how productive and insightful I found our session. You spoke with unerring accuracy and insight that, for a sceptic such as me, has caused me to re-think! I played the audio file to a friend who was blown away. She said she has known me for years and couldn't have given such a detailed and spot-on description. I am recommending you to all and sundry and will definitely come again."
The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) was devised by American Gary Craig, who developed it as a simple and easy-to-learn way for people to overcome phobias and the negative symptoms of distressing memories.
It is based on the premise that all negative emotion is a disruption in the body's energy system. By tapping points on the energy meridiens (as in Chinese medicine, acupuncture, etc) on the body, core issues or 'secrets' stored in the subconscious as limiting beliefs or patterns can be effectively erased. See diagram. This process can sometimes take time, or a healing can happen instantaneously. You may successfully remove one issue, only to find another one underneath. However, the idea is that as you 'tap' though the underlying emotions to the cause you move to becoming a happier and more whole human being. It sounds too good to be true?
