Many people have 'the gift' of extreme sensitivity to the world around them. This is commonly shown as little fine lines all over the palm of the hand. I do believe sensitivity to be a gift, but it is one that needs to be managed - especially when a HSP lives and works in a city as frenetic as London. I have adapted some of the ideas presented by esteemed psychic Judy Hall (see below) and added my own combinations to make 5 tips for protecting your energy throughout the day.

An informative and highly recommended book for sensitive people is 'The Highly Sensitive Person: How to Survive and Thrive When the World Overwhelms You' by Elaine N Aran (Thorsons, 1999). This is a very easy to read and no-nonsense guide to what it is like to be very sensitive and how to manage that gift.
Judy Hall (left) has written a comprehensive guide to psychic protection that stears away from common misunderstanding that being 'psychicly attacked' happens when people are deliberately out to harm us. The author explains that often 'psychic attack' can be an unconscious exchange between the attacker and so-called 'victim', and is most often experienced as an energy drain.
